Based on this, the Foundation has also formulated eight principles for the promotion of humanistic values and the improvement of literacy by Value, Respect, Care, Love, Advancement, Science, Excellence, and Health. 
 
The main mission of the Humanities Education Department of this Foundation will be to promote the humanistic spirit and promote the humanistic value, and organize various related charitable activities such as culture, art, education, philosophy, and aesthetics to advocate the importance of humanistic value and enhance the humanistic quality of the public, and then become a peaceful society of ''people with care and love, propaganda with etiquette''.
